TERMS OF USE OF PTY’S WEBSITE

Pty.fi is the Finnish Grocery Trade Association’s (hereinafter also “PTY” and “the association”) online service. This website is protected under the Finnish Copyright Act and international agreements. All rights are reserved.

The Finnish Grocery Trade Association shall not be responsible for damage or losses caused by any potential errors in the website content nor for any harm that is caused by technical defects or materials linked to the website that are published by external parties.

No data files are compiled of the website users

No personal data files are compiled of the website users. A user may give their e-mail address and/or other contact details when providing feedback. Feedback can also be provided anonymously but contact details are required if the user wishes to receive a response.

The details (e-mail address) that are requested when a user joins the press release distribution service are used solely for the purpose of sending press releases to the subscribers. PTY’s press releases are only published in Finnish.
